Core Features
Quick exhaust: Air is quickly released through the double-layer design during filling or emptying of pipes, preventing pressure fluctuations caused by remaining air.
Trickle Exhaust: Continuously exhausts gases that precipitate in the pipeline during normal water supply, reducing the risk of water hammer caused by gas accumulation.
High-Speed Intake: Immediately draws air when a negative pressure occurs in the pipeline to maintain pressure balance within the pipe and prevent bursting.
Operating Principle
Double-layer Design: The main exhaust valve is combined with a buffer valve assembly. The main exhaust valve is responsible for rapid exhaust, while the buffer valve assembly slows down the exhaust speed through throttle holes and buffer plates, preventing pressure shock during the water column merging.
Ball Float Control: Equipped with an internal ball float device, the valve automatically adjusts its opening and closing based on changes in pipeline pressure, enabling quick and micro air exhaust switching.
Buffer Device: Further reduces exhaust speed through the buffer plug valve and disc, preventing "air blockage" phenomena.
