
The SCAR Stainless Steel Composite Exhaust Valve is a specialized exhaust device designed for sewage pipeline projects. Its core design, achieved through a stainless steel float ball and plug, enables automatic exhaust functionality. It is suitable for pipeline high points or dead-air zones, effectively removing gases from within the pipeline to ensure normal pipeline operation.
Working Principle
As the pipeline starts filling with water, the valve disc remains open to vent a large amount of air; once the air is exhausted, the float rises and closes the valve disc. During normal operation, a small amount of air accumulates inside the valve. As the water level drops, the float descends, and the air is expelled through a small hole. When a vacuum occurs in the pipeline, the plug head automatically opens to intake air, preventing the pipeline from bursting.
Structural Features
Balling Design: Stainless steel ball at the bottom of the valve body to prevent debris from clogging the exhaust port, ensuring sealing performance.
Material: The valve body is made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life.
