The 500X Pressure Relief Valve is a hydraulic control valve, primarily used in fire protection systems, high-rise buildings, and urban water supply projects. It switches between pressure relief and pressure retention functions through a hydraulic self-actuating control system, without requiring external power.

Structure composition

The valve consists of a main valve, pressure relief/holding pressure guide valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter, and pressure gauge, and is connected by flange. The main materials include cast steel and copper alloys.

Feature highlights

Pressure Relief Function: Automatically opens to relieve pressure when pipeline pressure exceeds the set value, preventing overpressure.

Pressure Holding Function: Maintains the upstream pressure of the main valve above the set value, suitable for maintaining system pressure after the fire pump is turned off.
