
Overview of the 800X Differential Bypass Valve
The 800X Pressure Difference Bypass Valve is a valve used to balance pressure differences between supply and return water in HVAC systems, also known as an Electric Pressure Difference Bypass Valve or an Automatic Pressure Difference Regulating Valve. It consists of a main valve, pressure difference control guide valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter, and a pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control system. This valve achieves system balance through the pressure difference of the medium itself, requiring no external actuator, and features energy-saving and space-saving advantages. It improves system efficiency, maintains pressure difference control, reduces system noise, and minimizes the risk of equipment damage.
The working principle is based on a negative feedback regulation mechanism: the change in the pressure difference between the main valve's inlet and outlet triggers a change in the pilot valve's opening. When the pressure difference increases, the pilot valve opening expands, causing an increase in the water discharge from the main valve's control chamber, which in turn increases the main valve opening to reduce the pressure difference; conversely, when the pressure difference decreases, the adjustment is reversed to stabilize at the set value. The nominal pressure range is 1.0-2.5 MPa, and it is suitable for medium temperatures of 0-80°C. During installation, a soft rope hoist is required, and check valves should be set at both ends. The inductive pipeline is directly connected to the supply/return water pipes and equipped with a ball valve.
