The 300X Slow-Close Check Valve is an intelligent type of valve, primarily used in high-rise buildings, urban water supply systems, and pump outlets. It achieves the slow-close function through hydraulic control, effectively preventing water hammer impact and reducing noise.
Structure and Function
The valve consists of a main valve, check valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter, and pressure gauge, forming a hydraulic control manifold system. During water intake, the water flows through the micro filter, needle valve, and check valve into the main valve control chamber, pushing the main valve to open; when the pump stops, the return water flows through the ball valve into the control chamber, the check valve prevents the return water from flowing out, and the main valve closes slowly to eliminate water hammer.
Technical Specifications
Nominal Pressure: 1.0-2.5 MPa
Applicable Media: Water, Oils, Wastewater
Seal Material: Nitrile Rubber
Applicable Temperature: 0-80℃
Slow-close time: 3-60 seconds (adjustable)
Installation & Maintenance
Before installation, strength and tightness tests must be conducted (test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure).
The valve body arrow direction should be consistent with the medium flow direction.
A filter must be installed before the valve for maintenance purposes.
Applicable Scenarios
Broadly applied in scenarios requiring anti-backflow, noise reduction, and shock resistance, such as high-rise buildings, urban water supply projects, fire protection systems, and pump outlets.
