The 300X Slow-Close Check Valve is an intelligent valve, primarily used in high-rise buildings, urban water supply systems, and pump outlets. It achieves a slow-closing function through hydraulic control, effectively preventing water hammer impact and reducing noise.
Structure and Function
The valve assembly consists of a main valve, check valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter, and pressure gauge, forming a hydraulic control manifold system. During water intake, the water flows through the micro filter, needle valve, and check valve into the main valve control chamber, propelling the main valve to open; when the pump stops, the return water flows through the ball valve into the control chamber, with the check valve preventing the return water from escaping, allowing the main valve to close slowly to eliminate water hammer.
Technical Specifications
Nominal Pressure: 1.0-2.5 MPa
Applicable Media: Water, Oils, Wastewater
Seal Material: Nitrile Rubber
Applicable Temperature: 0-80℃
Slow Closure Time: 3-60 seconds (adjustable)
Installation and Maintenance
Prior to installation, strength and tightness tests must be conducted (with a test pressure of 1.5 times the nominal pressure).
The valve body arrow direction should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
Filters must be installed before the valve for maintenance purposes.
Applicable Scenarios
Widely applied in high-rise buildings, urban water supply projects, fire protection systems, and pump discharge points where backflow prevention, noise reduction, and impact resistance are required.
