The 400X flow control valve is a hydraulic control device, primarily used in parallel water supply systems for firefighting and domestic water. It automatically adjusts the flow rate without external energy, ensuring stable flow control. Its core structure includes the main valve, guide valve, and flow control valve components, which automatically adjust the main valve opening based on changes in the inlet pressure, thereby maintaining consistent flow control.
Applicable scenarios
High-rise buildings: Balance fire and domestic water pressure, ensuring priority supply of fire water.
City Water Supply Network: Maintains a constant flow during pressure fluctuations, avoiding abrupt changes in water pressure.
Performance Parameters
Material: Valve bodies are commonly made of WCB cast steel or copper alloys, with nitrile rubber seals.
Pressure Range: Nominal pressure covers 0.6-4.0 MPa, applicable water temperature 0-80°C.
Connection Methods:法兰, grooved, and threaded connections supported.
Installation Points
The valve body arrow direction must be consistent with the water flow direction.
When horizontally installed, the valve cover faces up; when vertically installed, the valve stem faces out.
Strength test (1.5 times the nominal pressure) and tightness test (nominal pressure) are required.
Selection Recommendations
Select valve body material (such as cast steel, copper alloy) based on pipeline medium, temperature, and construction standards.
Prefer flanged or grooved connections to minimize the risk of airlock.
