The 200X Pressure Reducing and Stabilizing Valve is an intelligent hydraulic control valve that achieves stable outlet pressure through self-control by the guide valve, without the need for external energy. Its core components include the main valve, guide valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter, and pressure gauge, suitable for high-rise buildings, urban water supply, and fire protection systems.
Operating Principle
The valve adjusts the main valve opening dynamically to maintain pressure stability by sensing the outlet pressure change through a pilot valve. When the outlet pressure exceeds the set value, the pilot valve closes to drain and reduce the control room pressure; conversely, it opens to restore pressure balance. This self-regulating mechanism ensures the outlet pressure is unaffected by changes in inlet pressure or flow rate.
Structural Features
Material: Valve bodies are made of copper alloy or stainless steel, with sealing parts of F304/F316 materials, catering to various medium requirements.
Installation Requirements: Horizontal installation required; pre-filter in place and maintain arrow direction aligned with water flow.
Application Scenarios: Widely used in high-rise buildings, residential water supply networks, and urban water supply projects. Also suitable as an alternative for shared water supply networks for fire and domestic use.
Performance Parameters
Nominal Pressure: 1.0-6.4 MPa (varies significantly by model)
Applicable Medium: Clean water or non-corrosive liquids at water temperatures of 0-80°C.
Connection Size: DN50-DN1000mm (some models cover DN65-DN250mm).
Maintain and service
The valve is easy to maintain, with its main components featuring a hydraulic self-lubricating design, eliminating the need for additional lubrication. In case of damage to the internal parts of the main valve, it is necessary to disassemble and inspect according to instructions.
