The 200X adjustable pressure regulating valve is an intelligent valve that utilizes the medium's own energy to regulate pressure. It achieves stable outlet pressure through self-control by the guide valve without the need for external energy. Its core components include the main valve, guide valve, needle valve, ball valve, and micro filter, suitable for high-rise buildings, urban water supply, and industrial pipeline systems.
Working Principle
The valve adjusts the main valve opening dynamically by sensing the outlet pressure changes through a guide valve. When the outlet pressure exceeds the set value, the guide valve closes the control room drain, and the main valve shuts to maintain pressure; when the pressure is below the set value, the guide valve opens the drain, and the main valve is reopened. By adjusting the guide valve spring, the target pressure can be set, and the outlet pressure is unaffected by the inlet pressure or flow changes.
Applicable Scenarios
High-rise Buildings: Significantly improves pressure stability, reducing water pressure fluctuations.
Fire Protection System: Enables automatic switching between fire and domestic water supply, saving pipeline construction costs.
Industrial Pipes: Suitable for applications requiring pressure control in water treatment, chemical industry, etc.
Structural Features
Material: Valve bodies are typically made of corrosion-resistant materials such as copper alloys and stainless steel.
Installation: Must be installed horizontally with a pre-filter to ensure smooth water flow.
Maintenance: Simple structure, easy to maintain.
Performance Parameters
Nominal Pressure: 1.0-6.4 MPa (varies by model).
Applicable Medium: Clear water at 0-80℃ temperature.
