Electric door autoclaves, developed by our group company to address the difficulty in opening doors during the production process, involve extensive research and development efforts by a large team of technical experts on the autoclave's door mechanism. After scientific design and rigorous calculations, we have developed an electric door autoclave with independent intellectual property rights. This type of autoclave features an electric-assisted door mechanism with a simple structure, low-position operation, easy opening, and incorporates a worm gear reducer with self-locking capabilities and other advantages.
Autoclaves are extensively used in the steam curing process for various building materials such as aerated concrete blocks, pile tubes, fly ash bricks, coal ash bricks, micro-porous calcium silicate boards, new lightweight wall materials, thermal insulation asbestos boards, high-strength gypsum, and more. They are also widely employed in the rubber products industry for drying and anti-corrosion treatments, in heavy metal smelting, in oil impregnation and coal渗砖 for refractory bricks, glass autoclaving, high-pressure treatment of chemical fiber products, high-temperature and high-pressure food processing, pulp cooking, cable vulcanization, fishnet shaping, and in the production processes requiring pressure steam curing in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, thermal insulation materials, textiles, military, and more.
Performance Advantages
Our group company has conducted ANSYS finite element analysis calculations on all components of the autoclave and vessel body to ensure the safety and reliability of the autoclave's performance and to extend its service life.
2. Our group company's pressure vessel head cover and head flange joints are焊接 with double-sided submerged arc automatic welding, and undergo ultrasonic testing and post-weld heat treatment to eliminate forging and welding stresses.
