The LRF series hot air furnace is a new generation of heating products. It employs multi-head spiral fin heat exchange technology, integrating combustion and heat exchange into a single unit, resulting in a compact structure, rational layout, high heat exchange intensity, rapid temperature rise, and high thermal efficiency. It boasts a small footprint, easy installation and operation, clean hot air, and stable performance. This furnace utilizes indirect heat transfer technology, using clean air as the heat transfer medium, providing an ideal direct heat source for heating processes across various industries. The heating temperatures are available in three grades: low (80~150℃), medium (200~300℃), and high (400~550℃), allowing customers to choose freely based on their drying process requirements. The product is widely used for drying, spraying, and dehydration of various materials in industries such as chemicals, food, medicine, tobacco, ceramics, and building materials. It can also be used for heating in buildings like factories, auditoriums, greenhouses, and animal sheds, as well as for dehumidification or temperature increase in underground mines and engineering sites.
