Operating Principle:
1. Three-pass structure: Utilizing the internationally popular shell-type three-pass, full-wet-back design, with a large combustion chamber for more complete combustion. Fuel burns under micro-positive pressure within the furnace, with the high-temperature flue gas turning 180° through the regenerative chamber and entering the flue pipe bundle. After passing through the pressure front smoke box, it turns another 180° into the second bundle and is discharged into the atmosphere after convective heat exchange.
2. Wavy Furnace Tube: The combustion chamber features a full wavy furnace tube structure, which not only strengthens the disturbance of flue gas but also increases the radiant heat transfer area; it enhances the rigidity of the furnace tube while effectively reducing its expansion stress; it improves the heat transfer efficiency and promotes the combustion of fuel inside the furnace.
3. Unique welding technique for chimney and tube plate: Utilizing an advanced process of pre-expansion followed by full welding and then re-expansion, it effectively prevents tube gap corrosion and enhances welding strength; Employing threaded chimneys with high thermal conductivity to intensify convective heat transfer, reduce exhaust gas temperature, and improve the boiler's thermal efficiency.
4. Symmetrical swinging hinge on front and rear smoke doors: Easy to open, convenient for maintenance and cleaning.
