The DZH type hand-fired biomass boiler is a single-drum longitudinal biomass boiler developed by our company in response to environmental policies. It uses biomass pellets made from crop waste such as straw, sawdust, and peanut shells as fuel, significantly reducing smoke emissions compared to coal-fired boilers, meeting national environmental standards. The availability of crop waste everywhere not only turns waste into treasure but also achieves the reuse of energy, while being cost-effective, achieving a dual harmony of social and economic benefits.
This boiler is a horizontal three-pass water-tube boiler featuring a novel furnace design, which maximizes fuel combustion, achieving a heat efficiency of 83%. After combustion, flue gas passes through the heat surface, economizer, and air preheater before entering the dust collector. It is then released into the atmosphere through the chimney, with the remaining small amount of ash and slag falling into the slag outlet, to be used as farmyard manure for crop growth.
