The SZL type biomass boiler utilizes a double-drum longitudinal arrangement and operates with a chain grate combustion method. It runs on clean energy biomass fuel, which not only produces no waste gases, waste, or smoke during combustion but also is cost-effective and easily accessible, achieving waste recycling. This aligns with market trends and customer needs. The boiler consists of two major components: the upper body heating surface and the lower combustion equipment. Fuel burns within the combustion equipment, and the resulting flue gas passes through the furnace, ash chamber, and convection tubes before entering the tail flue. It is then discharged into the atmosphere via a dust collector, induced draft fan, and chimney.
The SZL type biomass boiler features a membrane-type water-cooled wall structure on both sides of the furnace, which not only improves the boiler's sealing but also increases the furnace volume and heating surface area. The arrangement of secondary air (controlled by valves) on the front and rear walls ensures complete combustion of the fuel, enhancing combustion and thermal efficiency while reducing fuel costs. It also minimizes waste and slag production. Additionally, it boasts high automation levels, stable operation, and comprehensive maintenance functions, making it an ideal choice for many businesses when purchasing boilers.
