Fuel-gas steam generators, small steam generators that use natural gas, city gas, liquefied gas, and other gases as fuel. They utilize fuels such as natural gas, diesel, liquefied gas, methanol, etc., emphasizing energy conservation and environmental protection, with smoke and dust-free combustion.
This product is exempt from the national boiler operation permit, eliminating the complicated annual approval procedures. Zhongtai's oil and gas steam generators are equipped with a steam-water separator, resolving the issue of steam carrying water and ensuring greater stability of the steam. The units are supplied in a modular integrated form, making installation easy.
Fuel-gas steam generators are equipped with one-step full automatic control. Simply connect water and electricity, press the power button, and the boiler will automatically enter full automatic operation mode, providing greater safety and ease of mind. It features a chain safety protection function, ensuring product quality and customer interests.
This product, a small steam generator designed and developed in accordance with the "Safety Supervision Regulations for Small and Atmospheric Pressure Hot Water Boilers" and the technical specifications for such boilers as JB/T7985 and JB/T10393 for electric heating boilers, does not fall under the scope of mandatory safety performance supervision and inspection as stipulated in the "Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of Manufacturing of Pressure Vessels and Boilers" due to its normal water volume design being less than 30L as required by the general provisions of the "Boiler Safety Supervision Regulations" TSG G0001-2012, Article 1.3, defining boilers. Therefore, it is exempt from local supervision and inspection.
