The SZS type oil-gas boiler is a longitudinal double-drum room combustion boiler, consisting of upper and lower drums, membrane-type water-cooled walls, burners, superheaters, convection tube bundles, economizers, and descaler. Both the furnace water-cooled walls and the convection flue are structured with membrane walls, reducing the use of refractory bricks. Additionally, the boiler boasts advantages such as energy-saving, efficiency, environmental friendliness, short installation period, fully automatic operation, simple operation, and comprehensive maintenance functions. It can meet the heating needs of industrial applications as well as those of small power stations, making it a top-selling boiler in the current market.

This boiler is a quick assembly or loose packaged water tube boiler. On the left side is the convection tube bundle, and on the right is the combustion chamber. During the heating process, the flue gas produced by the combustion in the chamber enters the ash chamber and the convection tube bundle area through the exhaust outlet at the rear of the chamber. It then flows into the energy-saving device and condenser made of finned tubes, and finally排出 through the flue and chimney into the atmosphere. The application of the energy-saving device and condenser not only reduces the exhaust gas temperature and improves the thermal efficiency but also decreases fuel consumption.
