Ethylene Glycol Refrigeration Unit - Brine Refrigeration Unit

Shanghai Huihui specializes in the research, production, and sales of ethylene glycol refrigeration units, saltwater refrigeration units, and other low-temperature refrigeration equipment. Widely used in the low-temperature refrigeration fields of chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, and new materials, our equipment can achieve a minimum temperature of -45 degrees Celsius. For a long time, it has been favored by a large number of customers. Shanghai Huihui's ethylene glycol refrigeration units, saltwater refrigeration units, and other low-temperature refrigeration equipment integrate multiple innovative measures, including oil separation technology, oil cooling technology, energy-saving economizer technology, PLC interlock technology, and high-efficiency heat exchange technology.

Ethylene Glycol and Saltwater Freezers utilize high-quality imported brand twin-screw compressors, with moving parts only about 1/10 of reciprocating compressors. They employ a total of 11 high-precision Swedish SKF bearings in radial and axial directions, combined with an axial thrust balancing drum to effectively balance axial loads. The rotors operate continuously, with vibrations only about 1/5 of reciprocating compressors. The entire unit is installed with anti-vibration considerations; it also ensures the long-term stable operation of the saltwater freezer.

Single compressor options with four-stage capacity control for energy-saving, maximizing energy savings under part-load conditions while reducing the frequent startup of the compressor, thereby extending the service life of the low-temperature refrigeration unit; With the integration of PLC's high-level intelligent control, the unit achieves optimal energy efficiency ratio under both full and part-load conditions, significantly reducing the user's operating costs; Through the combination of multiple compressors, a more precise multi-stage capacity control can be achieved.

Low-temperature refrigeration units can also be equipped with a stepless capacity adjustment from 25% to 100%. However, to ensure the long-term safe operation of ethylene glycol refrigeration units and brine refrigeration units, they should not be used in extremely harsh environments or operated continuously at less than 50% of the unit's nominal cooling capacity. Ethylene Glycol refrigeration unit and saltwater refrigeration unit use a pressure difference return oil method, eliminating the need for an external oil pump, greatly reducing the failure rate of the oil supply system; the compressor employs an advanced three-stage oil filter, achieving a filtration rate of up to 99.7%, ensuring the return oil of the compressor to the maximum extent.

Multi-compressor head low-temperature refrigeration units, ethylene glycol refrigeration units; the microcomputer automatically remembers the operating time of each compressor, and upon the next start-up, it will activate the compressor with less operating time first; similarly, during unload operation, the saltwater refrigeration unit with longer operating time will be prioritized for unloading to achieve balanced operation of each compressor and extend the overall lifespan of the unit.

To more effectively separate chilled oil from refrigerants, an ethylene glycol refrigeration unit, saltwater refrigeration unit, equipped with an external centrifugal high-efficiency oil separator can significantly reduce the chilled oil that remains in the evaporator due to low temperatures. This ensures the safety of the compressor's lubrication system and also enhances the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator.

When used for industrial refrigeration, the low-temperature ethylene glycol refrigeration unit and low-temperature saltwater refrigeration unit produce low-temperature water that can be directly delivered to the equipment or containers requiring cooling. However, to control the precise and stable water temperature, the output of the saltwater refrigeration unit is typically sent to a buffer tank before entering the equipment or container that needs cooling.

Saltwater and Ethylene Glycol chillers can achieve various low-temperature cooling applications in industrial cooling. By adding an appropriate antifreeze to the chilled water side, they can produce water temperatures ranging from 0 to -35°C to meet different industrial cooling needs. Common antifreeze solvents include Ethylene Glycol, Sodium Chloride, and Calcium Chloride solutions. It is recommended that customers set different concentrations of antifreeze solutions based on the desired outlet water temperature. Please refer to the attached table for the freezing points of various solutions.

Saltwater freezing systems offer high refrigeration efficiency, consuming less electrical power to produce the same cooling capacity, and produce less noise during operation.

To better protect the atmosphere, in addition to using HCFC-22, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment can also be produced using environmentally friendly refrigerants such as HFC-407C and HFC-134a.
