1) Energy-saving technology with economizer: More than 5% more energy-efficient than units without an economizer.

Utilizing high-quality imported twin-screw bearings, the moving parts are only 1/10 of those in a reciprocating compressor, and the vibration is only 1/5. The radial and axial bearings are precision German FAG and Swedish SKF combinations, complemented by an axial thrust balancing drum to effectively balance axial loads, resulting in a failure rate just 1/10 of that in a reciprocating compressor. Coupled with world-renowned control components, the unit ensures long-term safe and stable operation. The unit's condenser and dry evaporator both use high-efficiency heat exchange tubes, and the main unit is equipped with an imported semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor known for its compact structure, small size, lightweight, and minimal installation space. The semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor has fewer moving parts, employs a 5:6 ultra-high-efficiency screw rotor, and has no direct wear between rotors, offering high reliability. As the screw compressor is a continuous unit with no pulsation, the integrated water-cooled chiller unit boasts stable performance, low noise, minimal vibration, and smooth operation. 6. Comprehensive Energy Control System:
The integrated water-cooled industrial chiller features a four-level and stepless capacity control system, energy regulation: [100, 75, 50, 25 (or start, 0%)], automatically adjusting the chiller's start/stop based on load changes for greater energy savings. During operation, the computer control system adjusts the chiller's energy output according to the client's thermal load changes. The microcomputer quickly detects the difference between the actual measured load and the user's setting to send signals to push the throttle valve to the required energy level. Additionally, in multi-system configurations, it operates optimally with minimal electrical consumption when outputting cooling capacity, demonstrating excellent performance not only at full load but also at part load with high operating efficiency.
7. Refrigeration system operates independently:
The high-capacity integrated water-cooled screw industrial chiller has two or more independent refrigeration circuits, ensuring that the other circuit can operate normally even if one circuit fails/maintains. It features backup functionality, making it particularly suitable for continuous industrial operation environments. The imported PLC has a human-machine operation interface with a liquid crystal touch screen, offering graphic display and easy operation with optional English and Chinese languages. Equipped with an RS485 national standard communication interface, it can be connected to DCS systems and integrated into the entire factory's automated network, facilitating remote control and monitoring. The parameters are displayed in both graphic and tabular text formats for easy visibility. Operations can be selected via the screen menu, and the display buttons can be directly touched with a finger.
