A gas regulating bench (hereinafter referred to as the test bench) is a type of testing bench primarily used for pressure adjustment and distribution. It is a set of testing equipment designed and produced for detecting gas tightness and high-pressure pressure. This equipment features a 3-position design and manual control operation.

Performance specifications

According to the users' varying requirements for pressure usage of different gas sources, the test bench should meet the following functional requirements in its design:

1. Air Supply: Clean, dry air at a pressure of 28.5~40MPa (self-provided)

Pressure Usage: 0-35 MPa; 1 station

0-25 MPa; 1 station

0-10 MPa; 1 station

3. Test Procedure: Pressure Increase - Pressure Hold - Pressure Release

5 Test Accuracy: 0.4 Class Precision Pressure Gauge

6 Operation Control: Manual Pressure Adjustment

7 Gas Source Inlets: Equipped with pressure gauges and high-pressure valves.

8 Pressure (Gauge Pressure) Range: 0-60 Mpa, 0.4 Class, 1 Unit

0-40 MPa, 0.4 grade, 1 piece

0-16 MPa, 0.4 grade, 1 piece

9 Filter Precision: Configured with a filter for 10u filtration precision.

10 Connection Type: Threaded, reliable connection with no leakage.
