I. Equipment Introduction
Pressure gauge/sensor pressure alternation test bench, designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards, is a pressure instrument testing equipment suitable for various pressure gauges and sensors' pressure alternation tests. It is widely used in pressure gauge manufacturing plants, product quality inspection institutions, scientific research schools, and other units for the production inspection and development research of various pressure gauges.
Section 2: Structural Function
The test system is primarily used for the pressure resistance and fatigue testing of various pressure gauges and transmitters.
The pressure gauge test bench is composed of a high-pressure booster, a flushing pump, and a circuit control system. It can perform fatigue tests on pressure gauges, allowing for the setting of test pressure, number of tests, and test frequency. Upon reaching the set number of tests, it automatically shuts down and alarms.
III. Product Working Principle
Driven by a hydraulic booster with a liquid or air-driven pump, the output hydraulic pressure is proportional to the driving pressure. Pressure output and test frequency are controlled by manipulating the power source.
