Equipment Introduction
Water pressure test bench for pressure-bearing components' pressure resistance and burst tests. The entire equipment consists of two parts: the pressure-increasing power source and the test chamber. The equipment is manually controlled, with the high-pressure pump driven by compressed air. The driving gas pressure is adjusted according to the different pressures of the tested components. The high-pressure pump generates high-pressure liquid, which is then transported through a pressure control system to the pressure-bearing components inside the test chamber for static and burst tests. This evaluates the sealing performance and pressure resistance of the pressure-bearing components.

Equipment Features
All components are mounted in a sealed housing structure, featuring simple design and secure connections. The control panel is located at the front for easy observation and operation.

The c machine is equipped with an internal mechanical pressure switch, the output pressure can be set through an pneumatic switch. The booster automatically shuts off when the output pressure reaches the set value.
The unit is equipped with an internal high-pressure one-way valve and filter, ensuring safety and reliability.
