Equipment Introduction
Airtightness test bench for various hoses, metal pipes, automotive pipelines, condensers, heat exchangers, and hydraulic hoses for construction machinery, steel pipes, pressure vessels, stop valves, gate valves, check valves, ball valves, regulating valves, valve groups, and other high-pressure valves. It is used for pressure testing of airtightness in petroleum machinery and instrument valves. The equipment is controlled by a PLC, which manages the entire testing process. Various test parameters can be freely set, such as test pressure, holding time, allowable pressure drop, etc. It features an alarm function, which triggers an alert when the pressure drops to a certain level within the holding time.
