The gas-liquid boosting unit is a complete set of equipment using a gas-liquid booster pump as the core component, paired with pressure gauges, valves, pipelines, and control components, capable of meeting customers' needs for pressure, control methods, and operating conditions. Simply connect the drive gas source, and it can output a stable pressure, particularly suitable for high-pressure injection, liquid pressure boosting, pressure holding, and pressure component testing, as well as pressure testing of valves, pipelines, high-pressure vessels, and fittings for pressure equipment. It can also be used as a testing tool in schools, scientific research, and inspection departments.
2. Equipment Features

·The equipment is designed for lubrication-free operation, requires no power source, produces no electrical sparks, and is completely explosion-proof.
· The pneumatic booster pump features special isolation seals, ensuring the pressurized gas remains uncontaminated.
·Increase water, hydraulic oil, or other liquids to high-pressure fluids using an air-powered booster pump. The output pressure is infinitely adjustable, suitable for pressure ranges from 0MPa to 400MPa. Customized air-liquid boosting systems of corresponding grades are available based on the user's actual needs.
·All high-pressure pumps, valves, and pipelines are made of imported stainless steel, paired with high-pressure gauges of corresponding pressure ratings. They are suitable for water, hydraulic oil, and most chemically corrosive liquids.
3. Application Scope
Widely applied in pressure tensioning, hydraulic drive and control, and hydraulic testing fields, with a maximum pressure of up to 4000bar.
Compact design, easy operation; simply connect the drive air and liquid inlet, then adjust the pressure valve of the drive circuit to output the required working pressure.
