Equipment Description
This set of equipment is driven by compressed air, used for converting ultra-low pressureHydrogen/GasIncreased to 5 MPa, therefore, two pneumatic boosters are used in series to boost the low pressureHydrogen/GasPressurized to high pressure, this is a new type of non-standard pressurizing unit developed in combination with actual production conditions.
I. Features
This setHydrogen/GasBoosting equipment is powered by compressed air ranging from 0 to 8 bars, utilizing two gas boosters as the pressure source to achieve a two-stage boost of low-pressure nitrogen, producing the required high-pressure argon. Both gas boosters in this system are adjusted to boost nitrogen gas by modifying the pressure of the driving gas source. The system features explosion-proof capabilities, adjustable output pressure, ease of mobility, lightweight design, simple operation, reliable performance, and a wide range of applications.
Part Two: Applications
For low-pressureHydrogen/GasBoost pressure, capable of handling low pressureHydrogen/GasRe-pressure to a maximum of 4 MPa.
Section 3: Equipment Composition
The system consists of 2 gas booster pumps, 2 gas storage tanks, control valves, and pipe fittings.
