Product Introduction

Air Pressure Boost Unit (Compressed Air Pressure Boost Unit) is suitable for work environments where the original air compression system needs to increase pressure. It is a product specifically designed to address local air pressure deficiencies in compressed air systems, capable of boosting the air pressure of the working system up to 5 times. (For higher pressure outputs, please refer to gas pressure boost pumps, which can achieve up to 100 times pressure boost.)

Product Features

Compressed air from the working system is sufficient as the gas source; the pressure in the factory's air lines is typically not more than 1.0 MPa. Therefore, in the following situations, a booster pump can be used to supply a small amount of high-pressure gas locally.

This product requires no electricity. It features simple operation, high stability, reliable structure, continuous working capability, long service life, and easy maintenance.

Widely applied

Widely used for local pressure boosting in various workshops, air piping, injection molds, hot runners, robotic arms, pneumatic dispensing machines, CNC pneumatic chuck heads, cylinders, blow molding machines, and various pressure tests for airtightness, as well as pneumatic fixtures and pressure boosting for insufficient pressure in various pneumatic equipment.
