Fient Micro Gas-LiquidThe supercharger is a product independently developed by our company with imported foreign technology. The micro pneumatic and hydraulic booster pump operates on the principle of using a large-area piston to generate high hydraulic pressure on a small-area piston due to low pressure.

The micro air-liquid booster pump features the following characteristics:

High output pressure: The liquid output pressure can reach up to 400 Mpa.

2 Wide Application Range: Works with hydraulic oil, water, and most corrosive liquids; offers high reliability, no maintenance required, and a long lifespan.

Wide output range: All pump models can operate smoothly with a lower air pressure, resulting in a lower flow rate. Adjusting the air intake can yield different flow rates.

Three, Principle of the Micro Gas-Liquid Pressure Boosting Pump

Micro gas-liquid booster pumps have a wide range of applications, capable of filling water, oil, and chemical media. The driving pressure range is 1.5-10bar. The gas-liquid booster pump is controlled by a two-position four-way pilot valve, which regulates the reciprocating motion of the plunger pump. It features a structure that connects a large-diameter piston with a small-diameter hydraulic plunger. Pressure ratio is produced by the area ratio of the two pistons, and the output pressure can be calculated through this ratio. The number in the model of the gas-liquid booster pump represents the rated boost ratio, with output hydraulic pressure = boost ratio × driving pressure. The outlet pressure can be set using a simple gas pressure-reducing valve. Faint liquid pumps can achieve automatic circulation. When the outlet pressure increases, the pump slows down and applies resistance to the differential piston. When the force is balanced, the pump automatically stops. When the outlet pressure decreases or the driving pressure increases, the pump automatically starts up. The performance of the liquid pump is affected by many factors, such as: the silencer and pilot valve (affected by humidity in the air line) freezing, too small gas pipeline size, or the filter being contaminated.

Gas-liquid booster pumps are divided into four main categories:

ZTM, ZTMD, ZTM**-2, ZTM**-3 series gas-liquid pressure boost pumps are driven by pistons with a diameter of 80mm.

The L series gas-liquid booster pump is driven by a piston with a diameter of 100mm.

ZTS, ZTSD series gas-liquid booster pumps are driven by pistons with a diameter of 125mm.

ZTG, ZTGD, ZTG-2 Series Gas-Liquid Pressure Boost Pumps are driven by pistons with a diameter of 160mm.
