The YCBMY magnetic drive gear pump is suitable for the transportation of fluids with certain lubricity, free of solid particles and fibers, at temperatures not exceeding 250°C, and with a viscosity ranging from 5 to 1500 cst, in petrochemical industry process flows. For corrosive or high-sanitary requirements, stainless steel pumps can be selected. The gears of this type of pump are arc gears, a new product jointly designed and developed with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, featuring internationally advanced technology. The gear engagement is a rolling mesh with a single point continuous contact, ensuring no flow pulsation, smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise.
