Product Application Range
The eddy current metal separator is a non-magnetic metal sorting equipment developed and manufactured by our company. It is primarily used for recycling non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum from industrial waste and domestic garbage. It can be widely applied in environmental protection fields such as waste disposal, dismantling and recycling of end-of-life vehicles and electrical appliances, as well as in material processing industries for non-ferrous metal processing. This product boasts strong adaptability, easy maintenance, and high sorting efficiency, achieving excellent results in sorting various non-ferrous metals. Our company can design and produce individually according to customer needs and on-site requirements to meet the diverse demands of different clients.
II. Equipment Operating Principle
Electrostatic separators are designed based on the principle that conductors can generate induced currents in high-frequency alternating magnetic fields. During operation, a high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field is produced on the surface of the separator roller. When conductive non-ferrous metals pass through the magnetic field, eddy currents are induced within them. These eddy currents generate a magnetic field opposite to the original field, causing the non-ferrous metals to be repelled by the magnetic force and projected forward along the direction of conveyance, thereby achieving separation from other non-metallic materials and fulfilling the sorting purpose.
