Integrated Water Purifier, Siphon Backwash Water Purifier

Overview operation precautions for integrated water purification equipment:
1. For severely polluted water sources with high levels of organic matter or algae, chlorination can be used to sterilize and remove algae, destroy colloids in the water, and eliminate odors to prevent the growth of algae and moss within the pool.
2. Prior to equipment operation, it's necessary to remove debris from the pool and ensure that all inlets and outlets are free of blockages.
3. Place the integrated water purification unit on a level surface during installation to ensure normal operation and even water output. All pipeline connections and shut-off valves should be leak-proof and pre-checked.
4. In areas with low winter temperatures, it is recommended to install the unit indoors. In non-cold areas, outdoor installation is possible, but a top cover must be added to prevent water quality contamination.
5. Schedule regular opening of the sedimentation tank sludge valve to discharge sludge from the sedimentation tank.
6. During the initial backflush, when using a pump for backwashing, adjust the backflush valve to the specified intensity and control the backflush time.
7. Prior to starting the integrated water purification equipment, partially open the inlet valve, then activate the pump. Initially, use a smaller water volume and lower flow rate, and increase the dosage of coagulant. After 60 minutes, open the inlet valve wider, increase to the designed water volume, and reduce the dosage of coagulant.
