Description of the Medication Device's Process Structure

Three models of dosing units, all consisting of three main parts: 1. Blender 2. Solution Tank 3. Metering Device and Dosing Arrangement.

1. Blender: Comprising a mixing trough and a stirring mechanism. Its function is to thoroughly mix the required solute and water (solvent) in a specific ratio.

2. Solution Tank: Used for storing pre-mixed medication solution for standby dosing.

3. Metering Devices and Injection Methods: The JY series includes two types: (1) Injection using a metering pump. (2) Injection using a water jet, with a rotameter for measurement. If injection is before the pump, a water jet is not necessary; however, a water jet requires a pressure of over 2 kg/cm2.
