Description of Pharmaceutical Additive Device Structure

Three models of dosing units, all consisting of three main parts: 1. Blender; 2. Solution Tank; 3. Metering Device and Dosing Arrangement.

1. Blender: Consists of a mixing trough and a mixing mechanism. Its function is to thoroughly mix the solute to be added with water (solvent) in a specific ratio.

2. Solution Tank: Used for storing pre-mixed medication solution for backup dosing.

3. Measurement Devices and Addition Methods: The JY series includes two types: (1) Addition using a metering pump. (2) Addition using a water jet, measured by a rotameter. If addition is before the pump, the water jet is not required. The water jet requires pressure of more than 2 kg/cm².
