Proper Installation and Placement
After the machine is placed in the workshop, it requires sufficient grounding. During transportation, the manufacturer includes a panel at the bottom which needs to be removed and replaced with rubber pads. The purpose of this is to prevent vibration during the production process of the wire molding machine.
Regularly add oil and butter.
The oiling locations primarily include the spool, spool box, and transmission gears, etc. It is essential to regularly lubricate the moving parts of the wire forming machine undergoing long-term maintenance, typically checking and replenishing grease once a week.
Maintain machine cleanliness.
Before each workday, staff must clean the surface of the wire forming machine. If not cleaned regularly, oil污 can accumulate, potentially altering circuit parameters, and dust can erode over time, aging the machine's surface and affecting its appearance.
Normal operation and usage
