Detailed InformationThe semi-bridge scraper is a device used for circular sedimentation tanks in wastewater treatment plants.
The equipment collects sludge settled at the bottom of the pool into a sediment pit for sludge recycling and concentration, as well as removes surface scum into a scum collection trough, which is then discharged out of the pool through a scum overflow hopper for further processing. The equipment consists of a semi-bridge-type peripheral drive scraper, including a working bridge, small scraper blades, a flow stabilizer tube, scraper girder, overflow device, central support driving mechanism, scraper plate, collector, and electric control box.
Technical Features
1. Simple structure, light weight: Due to the truss structure and a single drive system, the weight is significantly reduced.
2. Simple and convenient maintenance, with low operational costs.
3. The new transmission mechanism features a shaft-mounted reducer for high efficiency. The walking wheels are equipped with standard solid tires, offering a compact structure and easy installation.
4. All electrical components are outdoor-type, safe and reliable, with options for both local control and remote control.
5. The walking wheels can be made of rubber, nylon, or steel, as per customer requirements. Custom sizes are available. Parts that come into contact with water can also be made from stainless steel.
