Product Introduction

Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: Made of imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, constructed through advanced technology. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no chipping, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, maintenance, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase shift triggering.
