Product Overview
Introducing a foreign technology-based, independently developed and produced energy-saving, new-type electric furnace. It features a reasonable double-shell structure with surface temperatures not exceeding 40°C, offering an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance. Made from cold-rolled steel plates, processed by CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines. The surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious two-color powder coating for durability, color retention, resistance to high temperatures, and corrosion.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance tape, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Shell Material: Constructed from imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner shell boasts excellent thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no chipping, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, full automatic control, and self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, insulation, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase shift triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections; high level of automation; all indicators meet standards.

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic material, featuring high hardness, no powder shedding at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, in compliance with industry standards.
2. The heater utilizes resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod, capable of withstanding heavy loads, offering stability, long service life, and excellent uniformity of the temperature field.
3. Smart temperature control design, with fast heating speed and excellent temperature uniformity, achieving over 3 times the sintering efficiency of the same specification electric furnaces in the industry.
4. The intelligent temperature control gauge features high accuracy, minimal overshoot, and temperature compensation and calibration functions. The temperature control accuracy is ±1°C (third-party testing certificate available).
