Product Introduction
Introducing foreign technology, we independently develop and produce energy-saving, innovative electric furnaces. Equipped with a reasonable double-shell structure, the surface temperature is less than or equal to 40°C, featuring an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance. Made from cold-rolled steel plates, processed with CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines, the surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious two-color oxidation powder for electrostatic spraying, ensuring durability, colorfastness, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance tape, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Shell Material: Crafted from imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner shell boasts excellent thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no spalling, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, fully automatic control, self-tuning function; multi-step program programming, capable of controlling various heating, holding, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module thyristor control, phase shift triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, etc., with high level of automation, all indicators meet the standard level.

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic material, featuring high hardness, no powder shedding at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, in compliance with industry standards.
2. The heating element is made of resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod, capable of withstanding heavy loads, offering stability, long service life, and excellent uniformity in the temperature field.
3. Intelligent temperature control design with fast heating speed and excellent temperature uniformity, offering a sintering efficiency of over 3 times higher than that of industry-standard electric furnaces of the same specification.
4. The intelligent temperature control instrument features high accuracy, minimal overshoot, and temperature compensation and calibration functions. The temperature control accuracy is ±1°C (a third-party testing certificate is available).
