It features a reasonable double-shell structure, with surface temperatures no more than 40°C, offering a handsome and elegant appearance. Crafted from cold-rolled steel plates, processed by CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines, the surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious two-tone powder coating for long-lasting, fade-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and corrosion-resistant finish.
Heating Elements: Choose different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance tape, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: Made of imported refractory materials, the inner liner is constructed through sophisticated processes. It boasts excellent thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, non-collapsibility, non-crystallization, and no shedding. Long service life guaranteed!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, full automatic control, and self-tuning function; multi-step program programming, capable of controlling various heating, insulation, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting trigger. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections; high degree of automation; all indicators meet the standard level.
