Product Introduction
High-temperature lifting furnace structure, the loading and unloading platform features tracks for movement to the designated position; workpieces are stacked on the worktable. It is equipped with up and down electric drive and electrically controlled upper and lower door switches; the furnace chamber is heated from all four sides, featuring excellent uniformity in furnace temperature and materials, along with a stable temperature control system. The furnace body is constructed using lightweight alumina fiber board assembled from furnace lining, with the furnace bottom made of lightweight insulating bricks and heavy-duty load-bearing refractory bricks. The furnace door mechanism is driven by mechanical transmission.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: Made from imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner liner is constructed through a refined process. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no flaking, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, fully automatic control, and auto-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, holding, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections; high level of automation, all indicators meet the standard level.

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic material, featuring high hardness, no powder shedding at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, in compliance with industry standards.
2. The heater employs a high-temperature heating element, capable of withstanding heavy loads, offering stability and a long service life. To ensure its operation, a full copper insulated transformer is used for a well-distributed temperature field.
3. Smart temperature control design, with fast heating speed and excellent temperature uniformity, achieving over 3 times the sintering efficiency of the same specification electric furnaces in the industry.
4. The intelligent temperature control instrument boasts high precision, minimal overshoot, and features temperature compensation and calibration. The temperature control accuracy is ±1°C (third-party testing certificate available).
