Product Description
High-temperature lifting furnace structure, with a loading platform equipped with tracks for movement to the designated position for loading and unloading. Workpieces are stacked on the workbench. The furnace features upper and lower electric drives, and the furnace door is controlled by electric switches for up and down operations. The furnace chamber is heated from all four sides, with excellent uniformity in furnace temperature and materials, along with a stable temperature control system. The furnace body is constructed using lightweight aluminum oxide fiber boards, while the furnace bottom is lined with lightweight insulating bricks and heavy-duty load-bearing refractory bricks. The furnace door mechanism is driven by mechanical transmission.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance tape, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Shell Material: Constructed from imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner shell boasts excellent thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no chipping, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID control, automatic control, and auto-tuning function; multi-step program programming, capable of controlling various heating, maintaining temperature, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with thyristor control and phase-shifting triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections; high level of automation; all indicators meet standards.

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic material, featuring high hardness, no powder loss at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, in compliance with industry standards.
