Product Description
The high-temperature car furnace features a rectangular box structure. The loading platform is a movable trolley. Workpieces are stacked on the worktable, with electric trolleys for loading and unloading. The furnace door opens and closes electrically. The furnace lining is assembled from lightweight alumina fiber boards. The bottom is constructed with lightweight insulating bricks and heavy-duty load-bearing refractory bricks. Heating elements use resistance wire and resistance strips. Silicon carbide rods, silicon molybdenum rods, and the furnace shell are made of steel plates and shaped steel. The furnace door and trolley use mechanical transmission. Specific configurations are designed according to customer requirements and furnace temperature.
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, fully automatic control, and auto-tuning function; multi-step program programming, capable of controlling various heating, maintenance, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with thyristor control and phase-shifting trigger. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, etc., with high degree of automation, and all indicators meet the standard level.
