Product Description
The high-temperature trolley furnace features a rectangular box structure. The load-bearing platform is a movable trolley, with workpieces stacked on the work surface. Electric trolleys facilitate in and out movement. The furnace door operates with up and down switches, controlled electrically. The furnace lining is constructed from lightweight alumina fiber boards. The bottom is lined with lightweight insulating bricks and heavy-duty load-bearing refractory bricks. Heating elements utilize resistance wire and resistance tape. Silicon carbide rods, silicon molybdenum rods, and the furnace outer shell are made of steel plates and shaped steel. The furnace door and trolley are driven by mechanical transmission. The specific configuration is designed according to customer and temperature requirements.
Temperature Control: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID control, full automatic control, and self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, maintenance, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with thyristor control and phase-shifting triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short circuit, and other protections; high level of automation, with all indicators reaching the required standards.
