Primary Use
Tubular furnaces are primarily designed for laboratory heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere. They are used for powder sintering, ceramic sintering, high-temperature experiments, material processing, high-quality research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, vacuum annealing, etc. in fields such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractory materials, special materials, construction materials, universities, and research institutes.
Product Overview
Introducing a foreign technology, we independently research and produce an energy-saving, new-type electric furnace. It features a reasonable double-shell structure with surface temperatures not exceeding 40°C, presenting an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance. Made from cold-rolled steel plates, it is processed using CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines. The surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious two-color powder coating for durability, color retention, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: Made of imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner liner is constructed through advanced processes. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no chipping, ensuring a long service life!
Stainless steel flanges seal both ends of the furnace tube, allowing operation under vacuum. The flanges feature inlet and outlet ports for introducing protective gas. The quick-release design of the stainless steel flanges facilitates the entry and exit of materials.
