Made from cold-rolled steel plates, processed with CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines, the surface is finished with a beautiful and luxurious two-color powder coating for electrostatic spraying, ensuring long-lasting, colorfast, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: Made from imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner liner is constructed through advanced technology. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no chipping, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, full automatic control, and self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, insulation, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections; high degree of automation, with all indicators reaching the level.
