Product Overview
Introducing foreign technology, we independently research and produce energy-saving, new-type electric furnaces. They feature a reasonable double-shell structure with surface temperatures not exceeding 40°C, offering an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance. Made from cold-rolled steel plates, processed by CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines, the surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious two-color anodized powder coating for electrostatic spraying, ensuring durability, colorfastness, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: Made from imported refractory materials, the inner liner is constructed through a special process. It boasts excellent resistance to thermal shock and corrosion, no collapse, crystallization, or chipping, and a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, fully automatic control, self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, holding, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with thyristor control and phase-shifting triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, etc., with high degree of automation, all indicators meet the level.

1. Furnace chamber materials are made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic, which boasts high hardness, no powder shedding at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, in compliance with industry standards.
