The Box Atmosphere Furnace series is a horizontal vacuum atmosphere box furnace, also known as an oxygen-free annealing furnace or a vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace, specifically designed for treating materials under vacuum conditions with an atmosphere (such as inert gases).
Sintering under conditions, with temperatures reaching up to 1800°C. Imported foreign technology, independently researched and produced, energy-saving, and new type electric furnace. Equipped with a reasonable double-shell structure, surface temperature not exceeding 40°C, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Cold-rolled steel sheets, precision machined with CNC machinery and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines, are coated with a beautiful and luxurious two-tone anodized powder using electrostatic spraying, resulting in a durable, colorfast, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant surface.

1. The furnace body features a double-shell structure, constructed from 10mm steel plate, with a carbon steel shell. It is welded by a pressure vessel factory, ensuring gas tightness of the welds, free from sand holes, cracks, and other gas leakage points, reliable and dependable.

2. The heater uses high-temperature heating elements, capable of withstanding heavy loads, stable, and with a long service life. To ensure safe operation, a full copper isolated transformer is employed.

10. The furnace door opens to the side, with the door and the roof sealed using stainless steel extruded seals. The door and the auxiliary water-cooling system are in place. The furnace body features an air intake, exhaust outlet, and vacuum extraction port.
11. As required, manufacture a double-layer water-cooled furnace shell that protects the sealing silicone gasket while also assisting in accelerating the cooling speed.
12. The furnace door seal is made with a 20mm thick line-cut flange, fitted with an O-ring of silicone, and secured by a stainless steel handwheel.
