Product Overview
A steam jet vacuum pump is a device that uses steam as the pumping medium to achieve vacuum. Steam at a certain pressure is ejected through a Laval nozzle at supersonic speed, converting pressure energy into kinetic energy. At the nozzle outlet, due to the entrainment effect of the high-speed gas flow, a low pressure is formed. The working steam and the aspirated gas flow mix in the mixing chamber and exchange energy, and the mixed gas flow is decelerated and pressurized in the diffuser tube. Since the vacuum level required by users varies, each steam jet vacuum pump can be single stage or multi-stage in series. The more stages, the higher the vacuum level (the lower the residual pressure).
