ZJQ Product Introduction

The ZJQ series air-cooled Roots vacuum pump utilizes an external cooler to automatically circulate and cool the rotors and pump body. The pump can operate continuously under high pressure differentials without overheating and can directly exhaust into the atmosphere. This pump has many of the advantages of a standard Roots vacuum pump, allowing for use in series with a primary pump or as a standalone unit. When used independently, the pump can directly utilize the low-temperature atmospheric return from the exhaust port for cooling without the need for a cooler, achieving an ultimate pressure of about 130 hPa for large pumps.

When used in combination with itself or a standard labor Roots vacuum pump, this pump fully exploits the advantage of the oil-free steam in Roots vacuum pumps not polluting the system being evacuated. The pump can also be connected in series with primary pumps such as liquid ring pumps and sliding vane pumps to form a unit, achieving a high suction speed close to that of the main pump within a high-pressure range. These two combinations can provide various vacuum levels ranging from 105 Pa to 5×10^-2 Pa.

Widely used in applications requiring rapid evacuation of air with low permission pressure and high vacuum speed, or in situations where clean, oil-free vacuum is necessary. Suitable for power plants and chemical industries.
