Nitrile rubber is a copolymer formed by the polymerization of acrylonitrile monomers, primarily produced through the low-temperature emulsion polymerization process. It boasts excellent oil resistance, high wear and heat resistance, as well as strong adhesion, but has suboptimal insulating properties and slightly lower elasticity.
