The new vertical ring die granulator is suitable for pressing raw materials with high fiber content, such as poplar, jujube, eucalyptus, and other wood materials, as well as other types of biomass raw materials like crop straw, rice husk, bamboo shavings, sludge, and kitchen waste. The granulated material is in rod shape, with a diameter range of 6-12mm adjustable. As the 8th generation model, the new vertical ring die granulator has been widely used by both new and existing customers.

Directly connect the motor and reducer, eliminating traditional components such as spline bushes and couplings. Permanently resolves issues like spline bush wear and coupling damage. The motor and reducer are no longer separate entities.

Bearings chamber and reducer are designed with separate lubrication systems to cater to different lubrication requirements, making them more scientific and rational, extending equipment lifespan, and enhancing reliability.
