Oil and grease on the friction surface must be cleaned, which can be done with alcohol. Pulling or bending the power supply lead-in wire with force is not permitted.

DLD1 Type: Ensure the perpendicularity between the magnet yoke installation surface and the shaft during installation. Properly align the rotating disk with the magnet yoke axially, and maintain concentricity between the rotating disk and the magnet yoke. The fit between the rotating disk and the shaft (A) uses H7/g6, f6, ensuring axial alignment and maintaining the friction clearance as shown. The gap between the rotating disk and the magnet yoke must be guaranteed. Apply anti-loosening compound to the locking screws of法兰(A) before tightening.
